“Whistleblower” (8 p.m., CBS): In 2011 Mark Sersansie began a new sales job with a medical supply company in California, but he soon began to suspect that not everything with the company was as it seemed. After teaming up with Bill Reynolds, a former DEA agent turned insurance fraud investigator, the pair realized that they may be looking at one of the most complex - and dangerous - schemes to defraud workers’ compensation insurance in state history.

Freddie Mercury song is released

NEW YORK

Universal Music unveiled a previously unheard and unreleased song by the late Queen frontman Freddie Mercury.

The record label announced the track, “Time Waits for No One,” on Thursday. It was originally recorded in 1986 for the concept album of the musical “Time” with musician Dave Clark.

A video to accompany the song was also released and includes unseen performance footage of Mercury. It was recorded in April 1986 at London’s Dominion Theatre.

Mercury died of AIDS-related pneumonia in 1991 at 45. He was the subject of the film “Bohemian Rhapsody.”

Theater offers youth workshop

YOUNGSTOWN

Top Hat Productions is accepting applications for its Summer Youth Workshop, which begins July 18 at the Fairview Arts and Outreach Center, 4220 Youngstown-Poland Road. Sessions will continue July 25 and Aug. 1, 8 and 15, from 4 to 6 p.m.

Children age 6 to 12 are welcome, but 6-year-olds must be a first-grade student. Admission is on a first-come basis. The workshop is free and a hot meal is served at each session.

Students will will learn stage presence and stage performance, while having fun, making friends and gaining self-esteem. The program culminates with a stage production for families and friends on Aug. 18.
