UPDATE | Jury finds Italiano not guilty of attempted murder

YOUNGSTOWN

A jury has found Nicholas Italiano not guilty of attempted murder.

Jurors reached the verdict just before 3:30 p.m.

Jurors did convict Italiano on one of his two counts of felonious assault with a firearm specification. Jurors acquitted him on the second count and firearm specification.

Mahoning County Common Pleas Court Judge Anthony D'Apolito revoked Italiano's bond and he was taken into custody.
