UPDATE | Pendland guilty of violently shaking son

YOUNGSTOWN — It took jurors only about an hour to decide Eric Pendland was guilty of violently shaking his 3-month-old son.

Jurors returned guilty verdicts on both Pendland's felony counts of child endangering.
