Area holes-in-one

Dale Johnson of Cortland aced the 93-yard No. 13 at Tamer Win Golf & Country Club on July 15. He used an A-wedge for his second hole-in-one. Paul Moore and Jim Diciccio witnessed the shot. Dale’s son Brett’s ace on the same hole happened on Aug. 13, 1989.

Ron Polinsky aced the 175-yard No. 2 at Yankee Run Golf Course on July 10. He used a 6-iron. Witnesses were Pat Burns, Dan Fiest and Sid Lehner.

Dr. Michael J. Miladore, of Canfield aced the 145-yard No. 16 at Tippecanoe Country Club on June 7. He used an 8-iron. Dr. Joseph Miladore, his son, witnessed the shot.
