Scrooge in July: Toys set on fire at East Side home

YOUNGSTOWN — Investigators say they have a suspect after someone set fire to a pile of toys about 3:10 p.m. Sunday during a fight at a 3116 Castalia Drive home on the East Side.

Firefighters were able to quickly put the fire out, reports said. No one was injured.
