NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Mahoning Valley will host its Walk Kick Off Luncheon from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the office, 201 Wick Ave. No reservations are needed. There will be packets available with information about the 2019 Steps Against Stigma Walk that will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 21 at Wick Park. Dorothy Day House to host roundtable

The Dorothy Day House of Hospitality, 620 Belmont Ave., will host a program at 7 p.m. Thursday, and there will be presenters from Mercy Health to discuss the issues of human trafficking and other social-justice concerns. ‘Live from Anywhere’ set for Thursday

The “Live from Anywhere” program about history and baseball will take place at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Salem Public Library, 821 E. State St., in the Quaker Room. The program will be presented by the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum via video conference. The program is free and open to the public. Cancer support group to meet
