La Venta Inn at Rolling Hills Estates, Calif., has been chosen as the setting for the Nov. 9 wedding of Melissa Ciminelli and Joseph Dwiggins, both of Venice, Calif., whose engagement is being announced by the bride-elect’s parents, Daniel and Marta Ciminelli of Struthers. The prospective groom’s parents are Jan Dwiggins of Columbus and Margaret Ford of Findlay.

A reception will follow at the inn. Invitations will be issued for both events.

Miss Ciminelli graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree. She is the project coordinator at Duplitech in Torrance, Calif.

Mr. Dwiggins earned a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and is an assistant editor at All 3 Media America in Los Angeles.
