The Astro Falcons won despite committing five errors. Chase Franken picked up the win in relief giving up one unearned run in three innings of work. Brooke Camper helped lead the Astro assault with three hits including a triple and a double. He drove in three runs. Connor Rakow and Josh Hoffman had two hits including a double. They each drove in two runs and scored twice. For Avalanche, Peyton Olinski contributed two hits, a run scored and one RBI. Damian Airwyke had a hit, a run and an RBI.

Whiting Roll-Offs 9, DuraEdge 4

Logan Hurley went the distance for the win, allowing four runs (two earned) on six hits, while walking two. Mark Torsello slugged three hits for Whiting, including a pair of doubles, while driving in a run and scoring one. Tyler Clary had two hits including a double, two RBIs and a run scored. Hunter Bates had two hits and scored a run while Sean Davis smacked a two-run double and scored twice. For DuraEdge, Braden Olson and Dom Wade each had two hits and scored a run.

Knightline 7, Roth Brothers 2

Jack Kartsonas picked up the win, allowing an unearned run on six hits in six strong innings. He struck out nine and walked three. Zach Yaskulka hit a triple and a double while scoring two runs and driving in one. John Ritter slugged a pair of triples and drove in two while Gabe Faunda hit a triple and scored a run. Colton Stoneman doubled and scored a run. For Roth, Ricky Mineo slugged a pair of hits including a triple and drove in a run. Colby Anderson’s two hits included a double and he scored a run.

Jake Bowen pitched six innings of shutout ball, allowing four hits while striking out nine and walking five to pick up the win. Andrew Sabella’s two hits included a double and he scored. Brayden Cartwright had a pair of hits and scored a run while Zack Leonard contributed a RBI single.

Anderson recorded the win tossing a two-hit shutout and striking out nine. Rocco Bernadino slugged three hits including a double and drove in four runs. Marshall Whaler had three hits, three RBIs and two runs scored. Christian Gabriel’s two hits included a RBI triple and he scored twice. Jared Laczko added a pair of hits and a pair of runs scored to the winning cause. Ryan Sullivan contributed two hits, a run and an RBI to the Roth offense. Sam Ritchie hit a double for Eagle Wear.

Back-to-back four-run innings powered Whiting. Cameron Williams allowed an unearned run in three innings of relief to pick up the win. Tyler Kamerer’s two hits included a double. He also contributed three RBIs and two runs scored. Kenny Lavrich had a pair of hits, three RBIs and a run scored. Zac Herb had a hit, a run and two RBIs while Cre Calabria slugged a two-run double. For Knightline, Thomas Kling had a pair of hits for Knightline, including a triple, and a run scored. Matt McRoberts contributed two hits and also scored a run in the game.

Knightline scored four in the seventh inning to tie the game. Nate Shaw picked up the win in relief. Tyler Staub had two hits and scored twice including scoring the walk-off run on a wild pitch. Tino Campoli added two hits and drove in a run while Dante Walker and Nathan Fleming each slugged a double and scored run. For Knightline, Gabe Faunda contributed two hits, two RBIs and a run scored. TJ Piroch slugged a two-run single while Thomas Kling crossed home twice.

Roth Brothers 5, Prospects 2

Cam Hollobaugh tossed five strong innings to pick up the win, yielding two unearned runs on four hits, while striking out seven and walking four. Nick Osborne tossed two shutout innings in relief to record the save. Braydon Freeland had two hits and scored a run. Hollobaugh contributed a hit and two RBIs while Ethan Shaw contributed a hit, a run and an RBI. For Prospects, Brandon Popio had a pair of hits and scored a run.

Prospects 4, Roth Brothers 0

Brach Tracha twirled a two-hit shutout. He struck out seven and walked four. Jared Mindek hit two doubles and scored twice in the game for Prospects. David Leslie led all hitters with three hits and drove in two runs. Clay Weisen hit a RBI double and scored a run. Luca Bertolasio slugged a double and scored a run. For Roth, Caelan Bender and Sean Helpy each had a hit.

Eagle Wear 6, Avalanche 5

Larry Iagulli tossed a complete game, allowing two earned runs on eight hits, while striking out five and walking three. Joshua Loew contributed a pair of hits, a run and an RBI. Ian Barton hit an RBI triple and scored a run. Ashton Dunbar added a hit, a run and two RBIs. For Avalanche, Collin Brainard’s two hits including an RBI. Jake Pappagallo slugged a RBI double.
