Holy Family Youth Ministry was busy during the Lenten Season again this year.

Besides the “Walk His Way” Retreat and volunteering at Angels for Animals, they helped at the Knights of Columbus Council #15573 Pancake Breakfast and hosted the parish Easter Eggstravaganza,

The group also attended and joined the procession during Holy Thursday’s Mass of the Lord’s Supper, and assisted Luke Politsky, the Church Art and Environment Coordinator, in decorating the church for Easter.

Holy Family Youth Ministry also joined other area youth ministries in decorating, serving, mingling, dancing and cleaning up at the Purple Cat Prom.

The prom was hosted by Christ Our Savior on May 17. This was HFYM’s sixth year volunteering for the Purple Cat Prom.

For the sixth consecutive year, the youth ministry also helped area Boy Scouts place flags on the graves of the fallen military at Poland Riverside Cemetery in honor of Memorial Day.
