Struthers mayor candidates file petitions with election board

STRUTHERS — Mayoral candidates for the city filed their petitions with the Mahoning County Board of Elections on Wednesday.

Catherine Cercone-Miller, the secretary to the city’s law director, and Mike Patrick, D, Councilman-at-large filed petitions with the board in anticipation of their upcoming mayoral runs.
