“The Lion King,” directed by Brendan Byers, Produced by the Oakland Center for the Arts and Kids First Initiative, in collaboration with Ballet Western Reserve. Auditions will be at Trinity Fellowship Church, 4749 South Ave., Boardman, at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 11 and 12. For information, call 330-406-0606 or email oaklandcenter@gmail.com. Auditionees will be asked to sing a song in the Broadway style and can bring a cell phone recording or CD for musical accompaniment. An accompanist will not be provided. Wear comfortable clothes in case you’re asked to demonstrate movement.
