Jaylen Brown had 24 points and 10 rebounds, Jayson Tatum scored 20 points, and the Boston Celtics rolled over the Charlotte Hornets despite Kyrie Irving’s absence. Terry Rozier had 17 points and tied a career high with 10 assists in place of Irving, who missed his second straight game with a left hip strain. Marcus Morris scored 15 points, Al Horford had 14 and Gordon Hayward 12 for the Celtics. Kemba Walker had 21 points to lead Charlotte.

Bulls 105, Heat 89

MIAMI

Bobby Portis scored 22 of his 26 points in the second half, Wayne Selden added 20 and the Chicago Bulls ran away in the second half to beat the Miami Heat. Lauri Markkanen had 14 points and 13 rebounds for the Bulls. Kris Dunn scored 14 and Robin Lopez added 13 for Chicago. Tyler Johnson scored 15 points for Miami, which got 14 from Justise Winslow and 13 apiece from Bam Adebayo and Wayne Ellington. Portis had 15 points in the fourth.

Wizards 107, Pacers 89

WASHINGTON

Bradley Beal scored 25 points, Jeff Green added 23 to lead another productive night from Washington’s bench, and the Wizards beat the reeling Indiana Pacers. The Wizards’ reserves scored 58 points. Chasson Randle matched his career high with 13 points for Washington. Thaddeus Young scored 13 points for the Pacers. Bojan Bogdanovic, Doug McDermott and TJ Leaf chipping in 12 apiece for Indiana.

Mavericks 114, Knicks 90

Dirk Nowitzki scored a season-high 14 points in what might have been his final appearance at Madison Square Garden, Luka Doncic warmed up after an airball on his first shot in the arena to score 16, and the Dallas Mavericks routed the New York Knicks. Harrison Barnes led the Mavericks with 19 points. Doncic also grabbed eight rebounds. Kevin Knox scored 17 points and Trey Burke had 16 for the Knicks.

Nuggets 105, Pelicans 99

Nikola Jokic had 20 points, 13 rebound and 10 assists for his eighth triple-double of the season and the Denver Nuggets beat the New Orleans Pelicans. Malik Beasley scored 22 points, and Monte Morris added 20 to help the Nuggets. Kenrich Williams scored a career-high 21 for the Pelicans. Jrue Holiday had 22 points. Darius Miller finished with 15 points for the Pelicans, while Jahlil Okafor had 14 points. Paul Millsap had 13 points and eight rebounds for Denver.

Timberwolves 99 Grizzlies 97, OT

MINNEAPOLIS

Karl-Anthony Towns scored all 16 of his points after halftime, including a buzzer-beating desperation shot in overtime to lift the Minnesota Timberwolves over the Memphis Grizzlies. On the final possession, Andrew Wiggins ran the clock down to six seconds before shooting a pull-up 3. Towns grabbed the rebound, dribbled once and floated up a shot as he faded toward the corner. Towns added 10 rebounds. Jerryd Bayless had 19 points and a career-high 12 assists for the Timberwolves. Mike Conley had 26 points and eight assists for Memphis. Marc Gasol had 19 points, and Ivan Rabb had 10 points and 10 rebounds off the bench for the Grizzlies.
