ARCTIC BLAST | YSU, Kent State cancel Thursday classes

YOUNGSTOWN — Youngstown State University canceled classes for Thursday.

The campus will remain open.

Employees are to report unless they are using unscheduled leave, according to a campus Penguin Alert.

All Kent State University campuses are also closed for Thursday due to weather.
