NOAS seeks potential foster parents

Northeast Ohio Adoption Services invites Ohio couples or singles to register for free adoption/foster care pre-placement education classes.

NOAS is offering a February class series which will allow participants to complete all 36 hours of required training. Classes begin Feb. 20. Those who have been considering becoming a foster or adoptive parent, adults over 21, can find out more about Ohio children and teens served by the child welfare system who are waiting for a permanent home.

The sign-up deadline is Feb. 18. If a participant can’t attend a certain session, make up opportunities are available. Call Cindy Wallis at 1-800-686-6627, ext. 126, as soon as possible because of limited space.
