Cultural exchange


CANFIELD

MCCTC and YSU recently invited two Taiwanese chefs to participate in a cultural exchange program. This involved students from MCCTC’s culinary arts program and YSU’s hospitality management program participating in a series of lessons culminating in a 6 course dinner prepared by instructors Chef Matt and Dr. Jay Lee and these students. More than $9,300 was raised to give to a deserving student from MCCTC to attend YSU.
