Whistle & Keg to open new taproom in downtown Cleveland

YOUNGSTOWN — Whistle & Keg, the “pour-your-own beer” taproom on the corner of South Phelps and Federal streets in downtown Youngstown, will open a second location in downtown Cleveland in February.

The new location will open at 818 Huron Road East and include 50 taps.
