French film fest at Westminster

NEW WILMINGTON, PA.

Westminster College’s seventh annual Tournees French Film Festival will bring contemporary and classic French cinema to campus.

Over six-consecutive weeks, six French films will be presented. All screenings will take place at 7 p.m. each Tuesday in the McKelvey Campus Center’s Mueller Theater.

The films are: “L’atelier” (The Workshop), Jan. 29; “Felicite,” Feb. 5; “Visages, Villages” (Faces, Places), Feb. 12; “Polina,” Feb. 19; “Les Fantomes d’Ismael” (Ismael’s Ghosts), Feb. 26; and “Le Crime de Monsieur Lange” (The Crime of Mr. Lange), March 5.

Each film will be introduced by a Westminster College faculty member or student and will be followed by discussion. All films will be in French with English subtitles.
