Western Reserve to host youth day

Western Reserve Fish & Game Association, 1058 W. Third St., will have a youth day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday.

Young people will be able to participate in archery, use cross bows, air guns and more. Lunch will be provided by the club. Parents and chaperones are invited to fully participate.

Western Reserve offers CCW class

Western Reserve Fish & Game Association, 1058 W. Third St., will have a CCW class from 2 to 8 p.m. Feb. 2.

The cost of the class is $70 and includes use of guns, ammunition, safety gear, classroom materials and lunch.

The class maintains up-to-date changes in CHL law and exceeds the requirements set by the Ohio attorney general.

The club can arrange specially scheduled CHL classes for professional groups, churches, faculty, senior groups or civic clubs. Arrangements can be made by calling 330-553-1916 or emailing shooting@wrfg.us.

Vienna club to offer ladies firearms class

Vienna

Fish and Game Club of Vienna, 1508 Youngstown-Kingsville Road, is offering a ladies firearms class, which starts May 14 and runs for eight weeks. Class time is 5:45 to 10 p.m.

The class qualifies participants for a concealed-carry permit. Cost is $75.
