SNOW STORM AFTERMATH | Expect wind chills as low as minus 15

Expect wind-chill temperatures to dip as low as minus 15 degrees late tonight and early Monday morning, according to the National Weather Service forecast.

Up to an additional 1 inch of snow is predicted for tonight on top of the 1 foot or more that fell on much of the Greater Youngstown region over the weekend.

Expect continued frigid cold for Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday with cloudy conditions turning partly sunny in the afternoon.

Monday's high is expected to reach 13 above zero. Monday night's low is forecast at minus two degrees.

Relief is on the way Tuesday as NWS forecasters call for temperatures rising into the 30s.
