YSU to host MLK observance

YOUNGSTOWN

Col. Richard Toliver, retired Air Force pilot whose honors include the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Legion of Merit, will be the featured speaker at Youngstown State University’s Martin Luther King Jr. Observance at 12:30 p.m. Thursday in the Chestnut Room of Kilcawley Center on campus.

The event is open to the public. Admission is free and light refreshments will be provided.
