Toys R Us site in Boardman purchased for $1.5M

BOARDMAN — Trilogy Realty has purchased the former Toys R Us building on Boardman-Poland Road for $1.5 million, according to the Mahoning County Auditor’s website.

The 5.9 acre property was purchased Jan. 4. Toys R Us closed in June after the chain filed for bankruptcy in September 2017.
