Heart Reach Neighborhood Ministries will sponsor the SnoBowl at Bell Wick Bowl, 6105 West Liberty St., on Jan. 27. Registration will start at 1:45 p.m., and bowling will begin at 3 p.m. Participation provides the opportunity for children from low-income families to participate in after school programs.
