Association to host health class Tuesday

Family First Adult Day Services, 4199 Kirk Road, will be the site for a brain and body health class from 3 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association.

The discussion will include information about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement and use hands-on tools.
