YOUNGSTOWN — U.S. Sen. Rob Portman, a Republican from the Cincinnati area, comes to Youngstown from 4 to 5 p.m. Friday to tour the future autonomous bus route being funded by a federal grant and meet with Youngstown officials at Eastgate Regional Council of Governments office, 100 E. Federal St.
