John Perdue, Youngstown's most senior officer, has died

YOUNGSTOWN

The most senior city police officer on the city police department died Monday in St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital.

Detective Sgt. John Perdue, 65, a homicide detective, had been a police officer for 39 years.
