Kathryn Marchese and Charles Carchedi were united in marriage Oct. 6 during a ceremony at Holy Family Church in Poland that was officiated by Monsignor William Connell. An evening reception took place at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Hall in Youngstown.

Cindy Marchese of Poland is the mother of the bride. The bride also is a daughter of the late Thomas Marchese.

Ted and Mary Jo Carchedi of Poland are the groom’s parents.

The bride wore an ivory lace sheath gown adorned with beading.

Sarah Reese, matron of honor, and Jennifer Wymer, bridesmaid, are the bride’s sisters. Maddie and Ellie Wymer, nieces of the bride, were junior bridesmaids.

The attendants wore burgundy dresses.

Ben Umbel held the responsibilities of best man, and Chris Lovell served as groomsman.

Mrs. Carchedi is a physical therapist assistant for Pinnacle Health Concepts in Boardman.

Her husband is a supervisor for Dearing Compressor & Pump Co. in Youngstown.

The couple honeymooned in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and reside in Poland.
