Hunting, fishing show set at Metroplex

The 2019 Hunting & Fishing Super Show & Sale will be at the Metroplex Expo Center from Friday through March 3.

The show offers bargains for fishing, hunting, boating and camping enthusiasts. More than 100 100 exhibitors will have displays. Also available will be hunting and fishing seminars.

A raffle for prizes that include charter trips, hunting trips and door prizes is included with an admission ticket.

Heather Merit’s “Birds of Prey” will be featured. Trumbull Federation of Sportsmen’s Clubs will give away prizes on Saturday to the first 100 children accompanied by an adult.

Tickets cost $7 for adults, while children 12 and younger are admitted free.

Hours are: Friday, noon-8 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m.-7 p.m.; and March 3, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
