Garden Forum of the Greater Youngstown Area will host its spring general meeting, “Tiptoe Through the Tulips,” on April 13 at Fellows Riverside Gardens. The event will be hosted by Holborn Herb Growers Guild and St. Michael Garden Guild of Canfield. A.J. Pettitti will speak, and Judy Conti’s Dancing Divas will perform. Lunch will feature fatoush salad, rosemary chicken, stuffed portabella caps, rice pilaf, garlic green beans, beverage and dessert. Cost is $20 for forum members and $25 for nonmembers. The event is open to the public. All paid reservations must be mailed to the forum office by April 1. No walk-in orders or phone reservations will be accepted.
