Irish band concert at St. Patrick church

YOUNGSTOWN

Mahoning Valley-based trio Seamus will perform a mix of Irish music and popular contemporary pieces in a concert from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. March 3, at Youngstown St. Patrick Church, 1420 Oakhill Ave.

The group is named Seamus because that is the Irish name for James. Its members are James Johnston Sr., James Johnston Jr. and James Thomas.

The concert is free and open to the community, although donations will be appreciated. It is part of the Sauce and Song series at St. Patrick.

A spaghetti dinner will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. For information, call the parish office at 330-743-1109.
