Health district seeks physicians

WARREN

The Trumbull County Health District Advisory Council and the county health board are seeking licensed physicians to apply for appointment to a five-year board term.

All applicants must complete a nomination petition for appointment and submit it with a letter of interest and resume to Trumbull County District Advisory Council, c/o Johanna Ben, Trumbull County Health Department, 176 Chestnut Ave. NE, Warren OH 44483 by 4 p.m. March 1.

The petition can be obtained from the health department office or online at www.tcchd.org.

To be eligible, a candidate must be a U.S. citizen, a licensed physician and a registered voter living within the health district.

Warren residents are ineligible.
