Easterseals offers hot, nutritious meals weekdays in Columbiana and Mahoning counties for people 60 or older and their spouses (regardless of age). Reservations are required three days in advance. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Call 330-884-2513 to make reservations, for serving locations or to arrange for home-delivered meals for seniors who are homebound. Transportation is available by calling 330-884-2511. The program office is at 299 Edwards St., Youngstown.

Wednesday, Feb. 20: Kielbasa and sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, juice, wheat bread, cookie and milk

Thursday, Feb. 21: Turkey hot dog on a bun, hash browns, veggie chili, pineapple, cookie and chocolate milk

Friday, Feb. 22: Chicken teriyaki, diced potatoes, diced carrots, applesauce, cookie, bread and milk

Monday, Feb. 25: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, applesauce, bread, cookie and milk

Tuesday, Feb. 26: Barbecued chicken, tater tots, capri vegetables, tropical fruit, wheat bread, cookie and milk

TRUMBULL COUNTY

The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers well-balanced meals at seven locations in Trumbull County for people 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or older. Reservations must be made two working days in advance by 2 p.m. There is no income requirement. Donations are accepted for meals. To make a reservation or for information, call 330-675-2486. The office is at 2959 Youngstown Road SE, Warren.

Wednesday, Feb. 20: White chicken chili, whole grain biscuit with margarine, corn, tossed salad with Italian dressing, warm peaches, ice cream or sugar-free cookie and milk

Thursday, Feb. 21: Burgundy meatballs over egg noodles, dinner roll with margarine, peas, carrots, mandarin oranges, regular or sugar-free pudding and milk

Friday, Feb. 22: Hot ham and cheese sandwich with mustard on a whole grain ciabatta bun, sweet potatoes, broccoli, fresh fruit, sherbet or graham crackers and milk

Monday, Feb. 25: Breaded chicken cutlet, whole grain biscuit with margarine, whipped potatoes with creamy gravy, peas and carrots, fresh fruit, regular or sugar-free gelatin and milk

Tuesday, Feb. 26: Hawaiian pork chop, wheat bread with margarine, island blend vegetables, rice pilaf, sweet and sour coleslaw, cinnamon sliced apples, ice cream or vanilla wafers and milk
