Next, the 34th annual Hall of Fame inductee dinner of the Trumbull African American Achievers Association will initiate 16 new members. Carolla Williams and Shirley Brady will discuss the event.

Songwriters series will return to Kelly’s with five artists

YOUNGSTOWN

The monthly 5X5 Songwriters Showcase for February will take place Thursday at Kelly’s Bar, 1597 Mahoning Ave.

Each singer-songwriter will get a half-hour to perform material, most of which will be original.
