Canfield kindergarten registration set

CANFIELD

The Canfield School District is announcing kindergarten registration for students living in the district for the 2019-20 school year.

Two sessions will be hosted at C.H. Campbell Elementary School, 300 Moreland Drive, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 5 and at Hilltop Elementary School, 400 Hilltop Blvd., from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 26. Register at the school that the student will attend.

New students in first through fourth grade are welcome to register at this time as well.

Students who currently attend kindergarten at Canfield do not need to re-register for first grade.

Canfield schools also are conducting an Intensive Awareness Campaign and are asking anyone in the district who is aware of or suspect they have a handicapped child to contact John Vitto, special services director, at 330-533-6219.
