Austin J. Brown, 35, West Pine Lake Road, Salem, burglary and grand theft.

William J. McCullough, 25, East Boston Avenue, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, receiving stolen property, petty theft and possessing drug-abuse instruments.

David Dickinson, 28, Mahoning Avenue, Austintown, possession of heroin.

Yasmin T. Mercado, 34, Bruce Street, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, obstructing justice and falsification.

Jeremy Betts, 33, and Gloria Betts, 60, both of Edinburgh Drive, Austintown, eight counts of endangering children and two counts of obstructing official business.

Donnita R. Stone, 36, Mount Clemens, Mich., possessing criminal tools, possession of cocaine and possession of drugs.

Randall Davis, 40, Fairview Avenue, being a felon in possession of a firearm and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Thomas Reto, 60, Marinthana Avenue, Boardman, possession of cocaine.

Christopher Adkins, 32, Wakefield Avenue, attempted murder, felonious assault and intimidation of an attorney, victim or witness in a criminal case.

Robert Dragelevich, 43, Academy Drive, Liberty, possession of heroin, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them and possessing drug-abuse instruments.

Lamar Hough, 31, Winona Drive, and David Cobb Jr., 28, Sherwood Avenue, Campbell, two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Rufus S. Barnett, 28, Glenwood Avenue, and Miguel S. Gibbs, 63, Market Street, trafficking in fentanyl-related compound, possession of fentanyl-related compound with major drug offender specifications for Barnett and forfeiture specifications, possession of fentanyl-related compound, tampering with evidence, permitting drug abuse, obstructing justice and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shamar T. Bell, 19, East Judson Avenue, falsification and possession of marijuana.

Alexander Blandon, 34, Elm Street, intimidation, retaliation, possession of fentanyl-related compound, possession of drugs, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, alcohol or a combination of both of them and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nicholas Scharringhausen, 19, Indianola Avenue, being a felon in possession of a firearm and receiving stolen property.

Charles Ash, 28, Maple Avenue, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin and possessing drug-abuse instruments.

Patricio Valenzuela, 27, Flushing, N.Y., Margarito Maldonado, age unknown, Los Angeles, and Isaias Contreras, 30, Elmhurst, N.Y., forgery and petty theft.

George Avery II, 27, Mill Road, Berlin Center, two counts burglary and two counts breaking and entering.

Donyea Stubbs, 24, Balsam Court, failure to provide a notice of change of address.

Mansol Young, 44, Woodcrest Avenue, two counts of support of dependents.

Charlotte Swaftzlander, 67, North Beverly Avenue, grand theft.
