Emily Mogg and Kevin Chapel, both of Boardman, were united in marriage Oct. 19 at St. Patrick Church. The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Michael Swierz, and an evening reception took place at the Mahoning Country Club in Girard.

David and Jill Mogg of Hubbard are the parents of the bride.

The groom is a son of Kenneth and Debra Chapel of Youngstown.

The bride wore an antique ivory sleeveless A-line ballgown adorned with a sweep of ruffles.

Hannah Mogg, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids, wearing navy-colored dresses, were Alyssa Wallace, Lynsey Wallace, Elizabeth Cover and Kaitlin Sisk, all cousins of the bride.

Kenny Chapel, brother of the groom, was best man, and Conor Mogg, brother of the bride; Glenn Corey; Michael Soloski; and Ryan Granitto were the groomsmen. The ring bearer was Colton Goodyear, cousin of the bride.

Mrs. Chapel graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in general studies and a master’s degree in criminal justice. She is a deputy clerk of courts at Mahoning County Juvenile Court in Youngstown.

Her husband also graduated from YSU with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. He works at YSU.

The couple honeymooned in Nassau, Bahamas. They live in Boardman.
