Lakeview girls basketball coach Jason Senedak has been placed on administrative leave after allegedly giving his players answers to an exam for a class he taught.

21 WFMJ-TV, The Vindicator’s broadcast partner, first reported the allegations.

Lakeview athletic director Ron DeJulio would not comment, but confirmed that Senedak is on paid administrative leave pending an investigation.

A meeting was held Monday to discuss the allegations which reportedly occurred on Feb. 6 following the Bulldogs’ 31-26 double-overtime loss at Hubbard.

Senedak is not allowed to attend school or district activities or be on Lakeview Board of Education property.

Assistant coach Paul Farr has taken over as the interim head coach.

The decision was made just as the regular season is coming to a close.

The Bulldogs will travel to Struthers in a Division II sectional on Saturday to begin the postseason.
