Heather Gibson identified as victim of fatal traffic mishap

YOUNGSTOWN

The Mahoning County Coroner’s Office has identified the pedestrian struck and killed about 6:30 p.m. Friday on the South Side has Heather Gibson of Helena Avenue.

Gibson was hit as she tried to cross the street at 50 E. Midlothian Boulevard.

The coroner’s office and police continue to investigate.
