A Trumbull County grand jury has indicted Billy R. Morrow Sr., 48, in the Nov. 20 aggravated burglary on Hall Street Northwest in which the homeowner shot him.
Morrow, who told a municipal court judge he is homeless, is also indicted on two counts of burglary – one from Nov. 18 on North Park Avenue and one from Nov. 16 on Adams Street Northwest.
In the Hall Street episode, the homeowner awoke around 1 a.m. to the sound of someone breaking in. The homeowner grabbed a gun and saw a man, later identified as Morrow, breaking a glass panel in the back door.
When Morrow came through the door and wouldn’t stop, the homeowner shot him in the upper arm and kept his gun pointed at him until police arrived.
Also indicted was Natajha A. Graham, 23, of Atlantic Street Northeast on charges of felonious assault, tampering with evidence and failure to stop after an accident.
The charges relate to allegations that Graham injured Warren police officer Andrea Mixon by driving away from her on East Market Street on Dec. 9, dragging the officer about 80 feet.
