Bills hire Ken Dorsey as quarterbacks coach


ORCHARD PARK, N.Y.

The Buffalo Bills hired Ken Dorsey as quarterbacks coach.

Dorsey spent last year as an assistant athletic director at Florida International. He spent the previous seven seasons with the Panthers, including five as Carolina’s quarterbacks coach.

Dorsey worked with Bills head coach Sean McDermott in Carolina.

Dorsey played six season with the San Francisco 49ers and the Cleveland Browns. His career came to an end in 2008, appearing in four games in Cleveland.

In Buffalo, he will be responsible for helping continue developing Josh Allen, who had a 5-6 record as a rookie starter.
