Mooney posts video wishing Simon luck

YOUNGSTOWN

Cardinal Mooney High School has created a video saluting alumnus John Simon, who is playing in Sunday’s Super Bowl with the New England Patriots against the Los Angeles Rams. The video can be accessed on the school website www.cardinalmooney.com/2019/01/29/congratulations-to-mooneys-own-john-simon/ or Facebook page www.facebook.com/cardinalmooneyohio. Simon graduated from Mooney in 2009 and played for Ohio State University where he was the Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year his senior season. He was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens and also has played for the Houston Texans and Indianapolis Colts. Mooney students, faculty, and staff produced a congratulatory video. Under the direction of Business & Technology Department Head Mrs. Janet Cadman, the video features Athletic Director Don Bucci, varsity football coach P.J. Fecko and current Cardinal football players.
