O’Shaughnessy joins YSU baseball team

Poland graduate Padraig O’Shaughnessy will join the Youngstown State baseball team for the 2020 season. The program announced that O’Shaughnessy, Nathan Ball, Matt Brosky and Dominick Bucko joined the team on Monday.

O’Shaughnessy spend the last two seasons playing for Mercyhurst North East. In 41 games for Mercyhurst North East last season, he batted hit .361. He led the team in hits (48), home runs (seven), RBIs (34), walks (36), runs scored (37) and on-base percentage (.497).

O’Shaughnessy’s brother, Braeden, will be a freshman on the team this season.
