Phantoms’ Schoen commits to Penn State

Youngstown Phantoms forward Ben Schoen committed to play at Penn State. He made the announcement Wednesday night via Twitter. Schoen, 17, had a 28-6-22 line in 55 games during his first season with the Phantoms.
