Shoni Pegram, Merle Madrid IV plan fall nuptials

COLUMBUS

Shoni Pegram and Merle Madrid IV, both of Columbus, are announcing their engagement.

Donnie and Mary Jo Pegram of Caldwell, Idaho, are the parents of the bride-to-be.

Merle IV and Kimberly Madrid of Poland are the prospective groom’s parents.

The couple are planning an autumn wedding and reception to take place in Columbus.

Miss Pegram graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science from The College of Idaho.

A graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in mass communications and social issues, Mr. Madrid is chief of staff for Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose in Columbus.
