Another free Party on the Plaza will take place Friday on Federal Street, downtown, from 6 to 11 p.m. with DJ and rapper Luke Nasty.

The event is part of the kick-off night for the Mahoning Valley 400 Year Commemoration, a weekend of diverse activities throughout downtown to mark the 400th anniversary of the arrival of the first Africans to English North America in Jamestown, Va.
