STRUTHERS
TJ Piroch and Kenny Misik each had two hits and two RBIs for the Falcons. Lorenzo Russo hit a two-run double and finished with three RBIs. Casey Bokesch and Derek Franken each had two hits. Winning pitcher Bobby Cavalier allowed one hit and no runs in six innings. He struck out six. For the Irish, Andrew Sabella doubled while Brady Shannon and Jeremy Kreuzwieser singled.

STRUTHERS
Piroch’s three hits included a triple for the Falcons (15-4). Cavalier, Alarik Sierra, Christian Myers, Bokesch and Franken each had two hits. Jake Lawrence picked up the win on the mound, striking out four in four innings.

STRUTHERS
Brady Shannon had two hits, including a walk-off RBI single in the eighth inning to lift the Irish (8-9). Shannon and Vince Armeni each singled twice for Ursuline. Armeni started the winning rally with a single, stole second and scored the game-winning run on Shannon’s second single of the game. Dan Yoder earned the win in relief. He struck out three and did not allow an earned run in 31/3 innings. Glenn Griswold worked the first 42/3 innings, walked four and struck out six.

BELOIT
Jake Bacon and Braeden O’Shaughnessy each had three hits to lead the Bulldogs. O’Shaughnessy drove in two runs and scored twice while Bacon scored three times. MJ Farber, Braeden Olson and Mason McCurdy each had two hits while Mike kushner doubled. In four innings, Kushner gave up two hits, walked three batters and struck out three. For the Warriors, N. Wilson, J. Goode and S. Richie singled.

MINERVA
In game one, Chris Thompson had four hits and two RBIs for the Tigers. Aaron Groner had a bases-loaded double in the fourth inning to tie the game after trailing 5-2. Springfield went ahead for good on a sacrifice fly by Nick Slike. Drew Clark hit a two-run triple in the top of the sixth inning to put Springfield ahead in game two. Jarrett Orbin led the Tigers with three hits and two RBIs. Mitch Seymour added two hits and two RBIs and John Silke and Chris Thompson had two hits each. Minerva was led by Alex Kimble and Evan Hertle with two hits each.

NORTH JACKSON
Nick Rich tripled, doubled, singled and drove in three runs for the Blue Jays (8-9). Frankie Prozy, Aaren Landis, James Harris and Harrison Lay each had two hits for Jackson-Milton. The Bears fell to 1-13.

GROVE CITY, PA.
Hayden Gallagher homered and took a no-hitter into the fifth inning for the Hornets before John Hake singled to right field. Gallagher completed the shutout with five strikeouts and two walks. Clay Wiesen went 2 for 3 with a double and a grand slam. David Greenburg and Nick Osborne each added two RBIs.

MANTUA
Waterloo’s comeback attempt came up short after the Vikings (7-8) scored four seventh-inning runs. The Vikings were led by Bryce Booth with four hits.

AKRON
Lauren Maughan, Alicia Saxton and Vanessa Roush drove in runs for the Spartans at Firestone Stadium. Jenny Taraszewski allowed two runs — one earned — on three hits and two walks. She struck out two in a complete-game win.
Boardman 9, Akron Hoban 7
AKRON
Akron Hoban scored six runs in the final inning, but Boardman held on for the win. Nina Scavelli drove in two runs for the Spartans. Kathryn O’Horo and Lauren Maughan had one RBI each. Madison Lester got the win for Boardman, allowing five runs on four hits and four walks with 10 strikeouts in 61/3 innings.

SALEM
Brooke Veglia had two hits, including a homer to lead Salem in game one. Elly Exline, Rylie Troy, and Meg Rossero had two hits each. In game two, Karlie Heilman had two homers for Harding. Rossero and Exline had three hits each for Salem.
Hubbard 11, Grand Valley 3
AKRON
Alexis Najdusak had a triple and drove in two runs to lead the Hubbard offense. Grace Narkum and Gillian Ryser also drove in two runs. Ryser had three hits. Haley Croyle pitched a complete game and struck out 14 for the Eagles.

AKRON
Jackie Adler had two hits and two RBIs for Hubbard. Sydney Bowser, Ryser and Kellsie Leshnak added two hits each for the Eagles. Emily Azzolina had two RBIs for Revere.

BELOIT
Jordan Anderson struck out six to lead West Branch (19-3). Anderson also had three hits and two RBIs. Grace Heath added three hits and two RBIs for the Warriors. Sophie Wilber had the only hit of the game for Jefferson (11-5).
