Miss Reigelman, Mr. Friend plan July nuptials

Tom and Linda Reigelman of Hubbard are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Shelby Reigelman, to Ian Friend, both of Christiansburg, Va.

The prospective goom is a son of Mark and Jennifer Friend, also of Hubbard.

The couple plan to marry at 1 p.m. July 6 at Grace Lutheran Church in Hubbard. An evening reception will take place at DiVieste’s Banquet Centre in Warren. Invitations will be extended for both events.

Miss Reigelman graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in education. She is a teacher at Roanoke City Public Schools in Roanoke, Va.

Her fiance graduated from YSU with a bachelor’s degree and from Virginia Tech University with a master’s degree in public administration. He is a project coordinator at SAS Builders Inc. in Blacksburg, Va.
