NFL Draft: Lions take Iowa's Hockenson

The Detroit Lions selected Iowa tight end T.J. Hockenson with the eighth overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.

Hockenson caught 49 passes for 760 yards and six touchdowns as a redshirt sophomore in 2018.

He received the John Mackey Award, which is given to the top tight end in college football.
