NFL Draft: Jags take Kentucky's Allen


The Jacksonville Jaguars took Kentucky pass rusher Josh Allen with the seventh pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.

Allen recorded 88 tackles as a senior in 2018. He finished the year with 17 sacks.

His list of awards from last season included: the Bronko Nagurski Award, the Chuck Bednarik Award and the Ronnie Lott Trophy.

He was also named the Southeastern Conference Defensive Player of the Year and a consensus All-American.
