Traffic reduced to one lane on I-80 in Hubbard until 1 p.m.

HUBBARD — Interstate 80 between U.S. Route 62 and the Pennsylvania state line will be reduced to one lane until 1 p.m. today for pavement repairs, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation.
