UPDATE | Ramp at state Routes 11, 82 reopens after crash

VIENNA — The southbound exit ramp to state Route 11 from westbound Route 82 has reopened after a semi tractor trailer rolled over and off of the entrance ramp at 8:47 a.m. today, the Ohio Department of Transportation says.

The Trumbull County 911 center said the driver was trapped in the truck.

The driver suffered a "large lump on the head" and arm pain, according to the 911 center.
